Guernsey Guide

Guernsey is one of the most southern parts of the British Isles. The Bailiwick of Guernsey, which comprises the inhabited islands of Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, Herm, Jethou, Brecqhou and Lihou, is a Crown Dependency and does not form part of the United Kingdom or the EU. Together, the Bailiwicks of Guernsey and Jersey are known as the Channel Islands, and are located in the English Channel. Although Guernsey is very much closer to France the residents consider England to be the mainland.
