Situated in the Brecon Beacons Craig-y-Nos Castle offers a perfect base for exploring this beautiful National Park. Craig-y-Nos Castle and grounds were once the estate of the celebrated opera diva Adelina Patti who during her lifetime (1843-1919) became one of the world's most famous and highly rewarded entertainers. More recently the Castle has undergone extensive restoration work with great care being taken to maintain the original ambience.

Guest rooms have been upgraded to a high standard in line with the general restoration work. With a wide range of rooms including family rooms, there is something to suit everyone. With a choice of restaurants and menus, you are able to relax and enjoy your stay.

Walking in the area

The Brecon Beacons National Park offers a wide range of walking in many contrasting landscapes. The Beacons, the highest land in Southern Wales, offer mountain walks with extensive views.
