Book Review - The Southern Highlands

The third in this series to be reviewed.

Another positive review for this excellent series. Short but adequate walk descriptions, a touch of history and what's worth seeing, inspirational photographs ... What else do you need? Especially for the excellent cover price of £5.99

"The Cobbler and his wife" is a typical route. Besides detailing the route and providing a picture there is a superb historical paragraph about the "Cobbler Club" which was formed by early climbers.

'Pocket Mountains' - the first three in a series of six have been published - the other three are due Spring 2004. Priced at £5.99 each - Guidepost price £5.39 - they offer excellent value for money.
