Murder in the Lakes?

Michael Wood's recent novel "The Fell Walker" is based in the Lake Dsitrict, the Scottish Highlands and Manila.

This is the first novel I have read for many years and I was suitably impressed by the detail of the locations used for the plot. Starting in the Lake District, the story moves to the Scottish Highlands and Manila before a Lake District journalist gets involved. A great read and book that is hard to put down once you get into the plot. A fast moving read.
