Bird Flu

Date - 10 Apr 2006

How does this affect walking?

The last natural "disaster" of this kind to hit the countryside in Britain was the Foot & mouth epidemic. With walkers banned for months from using fottpaths across much of the UK, it is with some concern that the authorities and/or landowners might make similar ill-informed decisions in respect of Bird Flu.

It is hoped that the Forum will act as a resevoir of up to date information. In addition if anyone has guidleines that they feel appropriate then this is the place to add your comments.
