The best aspect from which to view the Rhinog Mountains is the eastern flank to the south of Trawsfynydd. In this picture Rhinog Fawr looks magnicent with its smaller sister, Rhinog Fach, to its left with Y Llethr the next peak left. On the extreme right of the frame can be seen the northern Rhinogs of which Moel Ysgyfarnogod can be seen peeping between the trees.
