Rannerdale Knotts provides a great vantage point despite its modest height. Late Autumn colour, no wind and the occasional period of sunshine provided the basis for this view along Crummock Water with Mellbreak to the left and the lower slopes of Grasmoor to the right. In the distance can be seen Loweswater and Loweswater Fells.
