The North Devon coast between Hartland Point and Hartland Quay
features some interesting and dramatic rockscapes. The rock strata has been subject
to folding and thrutsing causing some areas of inherent weakness, which has been
taken advantage of by the sea resulting in the features we can see today. This
view was taken a short way from the South West Coast Path near Damehole Point,
which lies half way between hartland Point and Hartland Quay.
