North Wheddon Farm, Wheddon Cross,
Exmoor National Park

Simply the best for B&B with a big difference - AA 4 Diamonds

Visit the North Wheddon Farm Web Site

North Wheddon Farm nestles in the hillside, facing south, offering far reaching views down through the valley in the very picturesque village of Wheddon Cross. With easy access to many popular areas and attractions in Dunster, Porlock,Lynton, Lynmouth,Minehead and Exmoor. A sleepy farmhouse built in 1830 which offers cozy bed and breakfast and self catering in the Farthingwood Barn. Perfect for families with children of any age or a romantic short break.

Within the grounds we have a stream and waterfall and the bottom paddock is crossed with natural springs and is very picturesque. Our rooms are light and airy with all the 'mod cons' you would expect to find like tea and coffee making facilities, TV and DVD players, as well as a few extras just to make your stay more memorable. We can offer dinner and breakfast in The Snug where during the day you can lazy around in cozy sofas.

We have one double en-suite room which is themed with natural & antique pine and has a lovely four poster bed. This room has a lovely south facing window seat to enjoy the views of the farm's picturesque gardens. We have one room which can be made up as either a twin or super-king size and is themed in a dark wood mahogany style. The Cricketers Room is en-suite and south facing with comfy chairs and occasional tables, a large room with a truly colonial feel. One single room with a hung horse brass collection, long associated with the farm history.
