Information for Walkers Hayfield was where open access to the hills started with the Mass Trespass onto Kinder Scout in the 1930's so it is no doubt as to how important this village is for walkers. The wild moors of the Kinder Plateau offer many excellent walks although the low lying hills in the immediate vicinity of the village are also as interesting for walkers. Slightly further afield are the limestone dales of Derbyshire and the western moors of the Peak District. All in all a great place to use as your walking base! Contact Details Tel: 001 514 262 4623 |
