Convenient location situated off the Tarbert to Stornoway road. Overlooks West Loch Tarbert.
Sleeping 3, The White Cottage has a full range of modern facilities. Tarbert is the island's main village and is located some 5 minutes drive away. This centre offers a wider range of amenities.

Information for Walkers -

There is a wide range of walking opportunities in the immediate vicinity and further afield. North Harris is dominated by Clisham which rises to 799m above sea level. This wonderful mountain offers many routes for the adventurous who are rewarded with stunning views from the smmit. Elsewhere on the island there are other monir hills such as Uisgnaval Mor which offer excellent walking

For the less adventurous the island offers some splendid walks at lowere levels and armed with a map a sense of exploration you can keep yourself busy for many weeks exploring the island's coast and hills.
