This walk makes use of two of the long distance footpaths which cross Hertfordshire – the Hertfordshire Way and the Icknield Way – to provide a circular route linking Therfield, Roe Green, Sandon and Kelshall. It is a varied walk partly down enclosed trackways, partly across the open fields of N Hertfordshire and through villages with plenty to look out for. The walk could be completed by refreshment at The Fox and Duck in Therfield.
