This is an easy short walk for all the family, taking around 1 ½ - 2 hours, so it is ideal for an afternoon or summer evening. It features typical Hertfordshire parkland which once formed the backdrop for large houses and a hamlet which typifies what the better landlords did for their tenants – and to beautify their own surroundings.
