This Gwynedd walk lies within the boundaries of the Snowdonia National Park. The route provides a variety of gradients, terrain and scenery from green woods with waterfalls to remote mountain lakes. The views are good throughout and the walk concludes with a stretch along a disused former railway line alongside the Mawddach Estuary. Suggested Maps It is recommended you take a map with you when following a walk route. The preferred scale is 1:25000 used by the Explorer series.
