The path that follows the East Lyn River from Brendon to Watersmeet is one of the most attractive anywhere in Britain passing through beautiful mature deciduous woodland for much of the way. The footbridge in this picture can be used to form a short circular walk upstream from Watersmeet for those requiring a more leisurely walk.
