The St Johns in the Vale path

The St Johns in the Vale path - The bridleway becomes a footpath at Low Bridge End farm where there is a walker's tea garden which, amazingly, is open until dusk on most days of the year. This picture was taken just south of the tea garden and shows Blencathra in the distance framed by the slopes of High Rigg to the left and of Clough Head to the right. The car park at Legburthwaite is just 10 minutes away.
