Tilberthwaite Gill - The route climbs quickly alongside Tilberthwaite Gill. Beyond the gill, in the distance, is Lad Stones Ridge on Wetherlam , which will be the descent route. After crossing the gill the path contours round the minor fell of Blake Rigg.
