The views from Bowfell are good in all directions and the Scafells look magnificent. From left to right, the cliffs of Scafell drop to the ridge of Mickledore which leads to the summit of Scafell Pike, the highest peak in England. To the right of Scafell Pike is the drop to Broad Crag col and then a rise to Ill Crag.
