The main Aran ridge dominates the view south across Lake Bala. The three peaks that provide interest on the ridge can be clearly seen. Right to left these are Aran Benllyn, Erw y Ddafad du, Aran Fawddwy with the latter being the highest despite it appearing otherwise from this angle.
