This picture gives some idea of the terrain on Crib Goch

This picture gives some idea of the terrain on Crib Goch and is taken looking east from just below the highest point on the ridge. This flank, the southern, is less precipitous than the other and offers good hand and footholds in fine weather. The ridge is relatively short and the east end of the ridge can be seen with two people about to start their traverse.
