Bleaberry Fell has a reputation for being uninspiring

Bleaberry Fell has a reputation for being uninspiring with the summit area having a cairn and a useful wind shelter. However the fell occupies a strategic position with much higher fells in most directions so the views more than compensate for the immdeiate surroundings. Looking southeast Helvellyn is the highest peak in view with many other favourites also easily recogniseable.
