2007 Photo Competition Gallery - Image 173

New Forest, Hampshire

Photo 173 - by Gillian Moy

New Forest, Hampshire

Description - The attached photo was taken whilst walking near Pig Bush in the New Forest, Hampshire.  This bridge, by the side of the ford of Shepton Water, was renovated last year as in the winter the Ford widens considerably.  The enjoyment of this walk is that we nearly always see deer grazing amongst the trees near here and the sight of this pretty ford is a delightful way to end our day of walking as we near the car park.
