Bakewell Walks and Walking Guide

Peak District, Derbyshire

Find circular walks from Bakewell which is situated towards the eastern fringes of the Peak District National Park. This small market town has a wide variety of cafés, bars and restaurants. Accommodation in the area is varied and includes camp sites and caravan parks. Public transport does provide links to many of the walks in this beautiful area. Highlights include the Monsal Trail, Lathkill Dale, Dovedale and the Chatsworth Estate.

All walks are free to download and print, and all routes have mapping and GPX files. The routes range from circular family walks to longer full day hikes and provide enough variety to fill a week long walking holiday.
