Fan Gyhirych

Photo 27 - Brecon Beacons

Adding foreground interest are the Saith Maen bronze age standing stones, with the snow-covered peak of Fan Gyhirych across the valley. This peak rises to 725m and forms part of the wild moor-like hills of Fforest Fawr in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Littered with valuable relics from the past this whole area has seen settlements for many centuries.
