The town of Settle provides an interesting start for this Yorkshire Dales walk which uses a section of the Pennine Journey long distance path which is based on Alfred Wainwrights route from the late 1930s. The walk includes some wonderful limestone scenery and Catrigg Force waterfall. A GPS File is available for download (see walk description).
