County/Area - Powys

Length - 1.5 miles / 2.4 km

Ascent - 650 feet / 197 metres

Time - 1 hours 20 minutes

Although this is only a very short Shropshire walk, it is rather excellent. Lofty Corndon Hill dominates the Welsh Marches for miles around, its distinctive bumpy shape a landmark, yet a surprisingly quiet one. Save this for a clear and warm day, the views are simply unrivalled.
