A walk to the summit of Arenig Fawr is a rewarding excursion in southern Snowdonia. Starting from Arenig near Llyn Celyn, the route offers excellent walking. Passing Llyn Arenig Fawr the ascent is relatively easy. Descent is over unpathed ground and good navigational skills are recommended. A GPS File is available for download (see walk description).
