This South Downs walk starts by ascending Rackham Hill and continues south in a loop before heading north to join the South Downs Way to return to the start via Kithurst Hill. The route follows well-trodden paths and crosses some fine downland. The walk along the escarpment offers an excellent panorama north especially from the summits of the two hills.
