A New Forest walk visiting the tiny coastal village of Keyhaven. We take a stroll (part of the Solent Way) along the Coastal Path, exploring the Nature Reserve, investigating the site of the old, long gone, Saltern Industry as well as looking at the impressive Hurst Castle. We meet a couple of "Birdwatchers" (who let me look through their telescope to view some Golden Plover) and interview a chap from the New Forest Park Authority who was leading a small team of Archaeologists who were investigating the site of 17th Century dock. A GPS File is available for download (see walk description).
