Caption - This view is of the ridge running west beyond Spidean Coire nan Clach. The ridge then leads onto either Coinneach Mhor - top right and then Sail Mhor, or further around to the right - to Ruadh stac Mhor. Much of the rock here is a colourful Cambrian quartzite. Liathach provides the backdrop.

Highland
Highland is an administrative area which contains most of the Scottish Highlands. It is sparsely populated and contains some of the finest scenery in the British Isles.
