This Peak District walk visits Wolfscote Dale on the border between Staffordshire and Derbyshire. The outward route follows the River Dove to the village of Hartington before returning to Alstonefield across the fields to Narrowdale. This walk provides an excellent introduction to this part of the White Peak.
