This short Cotswolds circular walk starts from the pretty Gloucestershire village of Ebrington with its many thatched cottages. On street parking is available in the village on the road leading east from the small village green to Charingworth (grid ref. SP185400). Please be careful not to block access for residents. Walk east along the lane towards Charingworth for about 400 metres where the lane bends to the right (grid ref. SP188401).

Turn left into Nash Lane. Initially with a tarmac surface this lane soon becomes a track. After a kilometre you pass some barns on the right (grid ref. SP192410). Keep ahead here and, shortly after, follow the track as it bends sharp right and then sharp left. The track then veers right and continues to reach a junction of tracks with farm buildings on the right (grid ref. SP195416). Continue straight ahead here and continue past Foxcote Farm (on your left) and a house on your right to reach a junction with Campden Avenue (grid ref. SP198418). Bear right onto Campden Avenue. After passing the rear of Foxcote House and after 150 metres you reach a complex junction of tracks and driveways. Ignore the two driveways on your left and bear half-right along a clear track that passes between trees.

Turn right after about 30 metres through the conifer plantation. Go through a gate and keep ahead through a field with a lake on the right. Go through another gate into a field and join a track along the edge of a wood. Continue ahead between hedges to reach a large stone barn. Turn right down to a small pond in the corner of the field. Go across a small footbridge, turn left and after 150 metres turn right onto a track. Walk past a ruined barn, turn left following path along the field boundary. Bear right after 500 metres to pass a gate which leads onto a path between fences. Go left onto a track after 100 metres with a row of beech trees to your right. Continue along the track to reach a lane on the outskirts of Ebrington (grid ref. SP188401). Turn right, pass Nash Lane used at the start of the walk and return to the centre of Ebrington.
