A New Forest walk with my dog, Logan (the Whippet) starts from the tiny coastal village of Keyhaven. The route follows part of the Solent Way along the Coastal Path, exploring the Lymington - Keyhaven Marshes Nature Reserve, investigating the site of the old, long gone, Saltern Industry as well as looking at the impressive Hurst Castle. We meet a couple of "Birdwatchers" (who let me look through their telescope to view some Golden Plover) and interview a chap from the New Forest Park Authority who was leading a small team of Archaeologists who were investigating the site of 17th Century dock.
