This is the first section of a two day South Devon coastal walk. This part of Britain offers some of the finest coastline on mainland Britain, ranging from golden sandy beaches to dramatic rocky cliffs plunging into the sea. This first day takes the walker from Beeson to Salcombe. Generally the going is relatively easy as this section of the South West Coast Path is well walked and the way ahead clear. However do be prerpared for some ups and downs as the path follows the undulating cliff tops.
