A short Lake District walk starting from Skelwith Bridge near Ambleside. The route follows an interesting route to the summit of Loughrigg Fell from where there many excellent views. The descent route uses a path past Loughrigg tarn and offers a different perspective on this "Wainwright". Wainwrights included in this walk are - Loughrigg Fell.
