The North Pennines AONB has much to offers walkers with superb scenery, excellent walking and some wonderful natural sights. This lengthy walk starts from the small car park at Hanging Shaw and follows the River Tees upstream under Cronkley Scar. The route then turns south and visits Low Force and High Force waterfalls using a section of the Pennine Way. A GPS File is available for download (see walk description).
